Changing our habits

The main goal of this approach is to lessen tensions and to change our habits in our everyday movements such as sitting down, walking, bending, carrying or in activities such as singing, dancing, acting etc... So we can gain an easiness, fluidity and availability in the way we are accomplishing those movements.

This approach is known all around the world and many teachers are working in universities and conservatories to help dancers, musicians or actors. The work is also taught in private practice to help individuals who are suffering from back pain, joint pain, muscular tensions, etc...

The Alexander work brings a sense of general well-being as well as an opening-up to life.
